Currency & Pricing
All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars on our website, including goods and services tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices & delivery charges at any time. When you place an order, you will be paying in New Zealand Dollars.
Exchange rates are always fluctuating & they differ bank to bank so the currency conversion rates on the website are just for basic guidance. If your bank charges you any extra fee or different exchange rate while making payment to us we can not take responsibility for that.
We are not liable for any GST, VAT or duties outside of New Zealand. While purchasing products outside of New Zealand, buyers will be responsible for the import charges. We do our best to mention accurate pricing on our website however human or system error is possible at any time.
In case of such errors in pricing that lead to loss of either party, we are subject to correction. We are not liable to fulfil orders with such pricing errors, but will follow a fair solution within legal boundaries.

Products Information & Pictures
Since we try our best to supply better quality products, we love to provide maximum information correctly to our customers that includes but not limited to Material, Sizes & Manufacturing construction (Thread count or weight etc). A very minor variation in colors & sizes measurements are possible which should not affect the overall quality of our products.
We try our utmost best to present the true & actual pictures of our products and we use professional photographers for this purpose. However, because of lighting effects you may find the actual product with minor shade difference but rest assured the quality of product will be as per specification mentioned by us.
We try our best to keep our stock availability as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that if a product is shown as “in Stock” on our website, it is available in our stock.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel the order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of your order.
Just after placement of your order if you realize that you have chosen the wrong size or item you can send us an email for correction of your order. However, sending email does not guarantee that your email has been received by us and it has been noticed before shipping of goods. Changes in your order will be only confirmed after we send you an email in reply of your email that we have received for it and goods are not yet shipped.
After shipping of goods by us, if any changes in order are required, subject to availability of required item, both side shipping cost for returning goods and resending the goods will be paid by customer. In such cases, goods must not be unpacked and should be returned in original condition.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Our objective is to dispatch orders in a reasonable time. The time of delivery can be different depending on location and courier services.
Delay by courier companies or due to a reason outside our control is not our responsibility and we can do nothing about it.

In regard to returns, refunds and exchanges, please see our Returns Policy available on our site. Any refunds and exchanges will be processed as per our policy and and applicable under New Zealand consumer laws.

If goods are lost during delivery, customers will allow us a time for us to claim the loss of goods from the courier company, and then resent their goods.
