At Linen King, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. We understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary.
To provide clarity and transparency, we have established the following Returns & Refunds Policy:
Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or not in accordance with your expectations, please promptly inform us, providing pictures of the issue. We are committed to resolving the problem to your satisfaction. Depending on your preference, we may offer:
- Replacement: We can send you a replacement product.
- Refund: You can choose to receive a full refund for the faulty item.
- Partial Refund with Product Retention: If you decide to keep the product despite the issue, we may offer a partial refund.
Incorrect Products or Sizes Sent
If you receive the wrong product or size due to our error, please do not open it. Instead, inform us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at our expense.
Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction
If you change your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with it, you have the option to return the item within 7 days of its delivery. However, please note the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original and sellable condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- In cases of change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer, a deduction of $10 will be applied to cover the cost of sending the goods.
Hygiene Considerations
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of mattress toppers, mattress protectors, and anti-bed bug protectors unless they are found to be faulty.
Shipping Costs for Returns
In instances where the return is necessitated by damaged or incorrectly dispatched items by our team, we will assume responsibility for all associated shipping costs. This includes the expenses related to returning the item and shipping the correct items to you.
