- Rural delivery addresses within New Zealand may experience delivery times ranging from 3 to 6 days from the date of dispatch.
Non-Receipt of Goods
Should you not receive your ordered goods within 10 working days from the date of purchase, we kindly request that you contact our customer support team. In instances of non-receipt, it is imperative that we initiate a query with the courier company. Please be aware that courier companies typically do not accept claims for lost goods if the issue is not reported within 14 days from the date of shipping.
